If you are not home for delivery, in some cases your parcel may be left in a safe place.  

How can we ensure it is left in a safe place? 

“Safe places” are a safe location at the delivery address, where your order is hidden from sight, out of the weather or the front of your property is close to the street. This can differ, depending on the delivery address and the accessibility available.  

In most cases, orders left without signatures are left at any safe place on your premises, the front door, in your mailbox (if size allows), on the front porch or by the side gate. 

If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe place but it was taken to a post office, it may be because there was no place deemed safe enough to leave your parcel.
