How do I return a product?Updated 8 months ago

Step 1 Complete your request via the Help Centre 'Manage your orders - Return.' You will receive a confirmation on whether your return is approved with 2-3 working days.

Step 2 Once approved, generate a return label via Australia Post here.

Step 3 Send the returned items in their original condition within 14 working days to the address supplied.

Step 4 Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 20 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping.


If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased on Alpha-H.com to us for a refund.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:

• The product is deemed faulty;
• You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).

Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.
Returns are not valid or accepted for free gifts with purchase, sachet samples or Mini Shop items unless deemed faulty.

You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.
