If you are missing a product from your order or received a faulty or damaged product or similar, please get in touch with through the 'Manage your orders - Report Issue' and we will investigate for you.
For products purchased through a department store or other authorised stockist
Please consult the department store or authorised stockist’s returns policy for guidance on requesting a refund or exchange for products purchased from these retailers.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products purchased via other authorised retailers.
